A reader, writer, performer, mother, wife, friend, daughter and sister who happens to be living with Chronic Myofascial Pain, Fibromyalgia and Chronic Migraines. I love to laugh, be with my kids, friends and my amazing husband. I miss a lot of who I was "Pre - Chronic Ilness" but I still see glimpses of her. I'm learning more about myself now than I would have had I not gotten sick. Most days I feel hope. When I don't I lean on my faith, my husband and mom. Every day I find things to be grateful for. Sadness, anger and depression hit me from time to time, too. My hope is that this blog might reach someone else who may need support or just know she is not alone in this. Fibromyalgia, Myofascial Pain, Chronic Migraines and Chronic Fatigue are lonely illnesses but we do not have to be alone in them.
